Sabal Point Community Highlights
What makes our community unique
Seminole County and Sabal Point are known for their open spaces, natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. Our community borders on a 1500-acre wildlife refuge and wilderness area overseen by the Audubon Society and St. Johns River Water Management District. There is also our “Sabal Point Commons” park, consisting of about 85 acres of recreational Open Space that runs through our villages. Residents and visitors enjoy walking, biking and jogging on the walks, roadways and trails in the community.
